PHO TANGO is a family-owned establishment with over 18 years of experience in the fine culinary and restaurant business around the Beaverton/Hillsboro area. You may be familiar with the popular Happy Panda Restaurant located in Beaverton on 185th Avenue and Walker Road, in which Chris Liu and his brother, Thomas Liu, are co-founders and former co-owners.

Thomas was also the head chef of Happy Panda Restaurant where he achieved success through culinary excellence and innovative menu development. Thomas' passion for cooking continuously delights his family and friends with his creative, mouthwatering traditional Vietnamese dishes which he loves to prepare.
